Hauser Architects, P.C. was founded in 2003 by Alan Hauser and is based in Loveland, Colorado. Today it's led by principal Curtis Koldeway, with a team of roughly ten — architects, designers, and the people who keep a project on schedule — focused on the building types we know best.
Our practice centers on commercial, self-storage, and aviation work: retail and banking, ground-up and conversion storage, and hangars and FBO facilities. We bring deep familiarity with local codes and the authorities having jurisdiction, and we work across conventional bid, design/build, CM/GC, and negotiated delivery.
Whichever path a project takes, we hold to the traditional AIA approach — representing the owner's interests through construction, so the building that opens is the one that was drawn.

Hangars, FBOs, and passenger facilities — including pre-engineered metal building hangars and FBO passenger lounges drawn for real operations.

Systems, materials, and structure resolved with our engineering consultants so the drawings hold together.
Construction Docs
Permit-ready drawings and specifications — coordinated, dimensioned, and built to clear plan review.
Construction Admin
RFIs, submittals, and site review. We represent the owner on site until the building is occupied.
